Back in the Saddle!

Diet is my worst enemy. I can stick to a workout routine but not to a strict diet. This journey is to find balance with my schedule and learning to make me a priority. I do for everyone else and Im left with nothing.

I started working out this past Saturday have been feeling better everyday. Im trying to shed about 15 lbs and overal improve my fitness. Once I get a good schedule everything works but as soon as life turns and my schedule is thrown off I am back at square one. I am also in the military and I am preparing for a fitness test in Nov. .. soo nervous!
