Hey all! About to go to bed, but before I do I thought I'd share a little saying that one of my professors always tells us.

"If it is to be, it is up to me."

It's simple, but it holds such a strong message. We can all achieve the goals we want to achieve, whether it's weight loss or anything else. The only person that can bring about that change in your life is YOU! So live for yourself and work to make YOURSELF happy!
