So ive noticed that im more often then not going to bed hungry. I know that it's because im working out more and burning through things faster so here is the dilemma:

Assuming that i have calories left for the day (which i usually do) Is it better for me to eat if i am PHYSICALLY hungry even if it's right before bed, then to not eat and go to be hungry?

  • If you have the calories eat. Your body doesnt shut off before bed.

Listen to your body. If you're hungry, eat, especially if you have the calories left over to do it. This site builds in the deficit you need, no need to go for more! (and probably unhealthy if you do for too long!)

    This is sage advice.
You'd be surprised what a tablespoon of peanut butter and a carbmaster yogurt can do to hunger before bedtime. :)

What you eat, when you eat, and the frequency you eat has no bearing on your weight loss success. A safe caloric deficit over time is what will determine your success.

Eat. It never matters when unless it upsets your stomach or something.

If you have the calories to do it. . I would just make sure that it is something light. . hummus and carrots. . . a spoon full of peanut butter, protein shake. . something like that. Just my thoughts.
