Personalizing Your Food Diary...

Hi all! Question: is there a way to personalize this even more? I want to track my sodium intake as well. That one is a big culprit. Water retention and hypertension and what not. :/ Thanks in advance!

    You can definitely track your sodium, I track mine. You go to Settings at the top, then to Diary Settings, and under Nutrients Tracked one of the ones you can pick is Sodium. You can pick whatever else you want to track besides calories.

    click on home, but not just now as it is not working... LOL then click on goals... Then I think it is food? Not 100% sure, also not able to do it as server is down... xx
