I am new to the site and am looking forward to getting this weight off and getting fit.

    Welcome on board guys. This is a perfect place to track what you eat, what you burn and get motivated in loosing those extra fat containers.

    1) What ever you eat put in under the FOOD Dairy
    2) What ever you burn (through exercise etc) log it under the EXERCISE Dairy

    Rest it will show you the graphs of your progress.
