I had started my journey on Sept 7, my first week was very weak. Then I started to get serious about the weight lost, granted I went over my calories second week into my journey yet I noticed my weight start going down. I am finally a month into my journey and have finally got the calories under control staying with in 100 calories under or 50 over. Here it is the 19th of October and I am now down 13lbs, it seems it is getting easier with the calories and going home and working out every night. The hard part is giving myself a day of rest from exercise but yet come Monday my body seems to be full stream forward to start a fresh week..
I know myself when I started over a month ago I wasn't sure if I could stick with this, but now I crave it like a food addiction.

Good luck to all the new beginners if you stick with it for one month you will start feeling better about your self..

    Harley is right if you just stick to it this will work. It does almost become like a addiction,but in a good way.
