I am a server at the Olive Garden and I work about 5-6 shifts a week... about 30 hours. When I am at work, I am mostly running around like a crazy person, carrying heavy trays and getting things for people. Can I track this?? How can I track this??? On the little question thing when I set up my MFP account I said picked the option for activity that said I sat around all day at a desk job because I also go to school and I didnt want to overestimate how many calories I burned.

Your activity level should be set to "moderate" to compensate. You are definitely NOT sedentary.0

I would change your activity level to active. I wouldn't track the calories burned at work though. I would consider that your daily routine and your body accounts for that all ready. In order to lose weight you have to do more than your normal daily activity. I would only log exercise. Good luck!!! :flowerforyou:0
