Hello everyone! my name is sarah and I have been using MyFitnessPal for a little over 2 months now but only on my phone so I havent been using the message boards at all until I logged on the computer today and it seems like the right place to get support. I have really enjoyed using this program and so far I have gotten exceptional results. I had a beautiful baby boy about 5 months ago so that was my initial reason for wanting to lose weight but I had been needing to anyway. I will say I'm on a 1,200 calorie a day diet right now and I need help finding variety but still being able to stay full and under my calorie goal. any suggestions?

I am in the same position my son was born may 28th. I have just started and I hope to have good results ... I don't have any suggestions at this time but I wanted to share support :-) if I go over my calorie goal I try to add in an extra workout0
