Sooo i had bought a Gold's Gym mini trampoline ($35) early this year but i had like no stamina what so ever so i didnt use it for as much and for as long as i wanted.. now that i lovee working out i decided to get back on this again. Now let me tell you i was jumping for like a minute and my body was already starting to burn. I have two kids so i start working out @6am every morning at home with a warm up and intense circuit training. i have 4 circuits. Doing 3/4 mins on the trampoline then pick up my weights and working upper body for another 3/4 mins..trampoline..lower body..trampoline.. core trampoline...back..trampoline etc.. lol for two rounds.. I FEEL AN INTENSE AFTER BURN ALL DAY AMAZINNGG!! AND NOT TO MENTION BURNS WAY MORE CALS IN SHORTER TIME

  • yes this is something i had to share its awesome. They can be expensive but the one i have was under $40 and comes with resistant bands that attach and its very durable my friend had the same one for two years she uses at her dance school
  • I have used this exact trampoline and workout for 4 years on and off. I've gotten back on my health kick and have been using it about 6 times weekly for the past 3 weeks in addition to P90X workouts!

    This is an AWESOME product and a GREAT quick 15 minute workout.
    I have heard some really DUMB reviews saying that the product is bad because you don't get much bounce and you have to "work to bounce" and the trampoline feels "stiff."
    That is the MOST asinine thing I've heard. OF COURSE IT'S STIFFER THAN A PLAY TRAMPOLINE! THAT'S THE POINT!

    Also, the fact that this sells for $30 to $40 makes this a PERFECT in-home product.
    I was checking out reviews because I've used it so much in the last 4 years that it's starting to wear ... time to buy a new one!

    My ONLY complaint about the product is that it's only 36". I wish that they made a 42" model. It needs about 6" more so get some of the side-to-side movements done well.
    Perhaps we should tell Gold's Gym to make another model! :happy:

    I would recommend a trampoline to people wanting to burn alot in a short time. Early in this pregnancy, I used a regular large trampoline and couldn't believe how quickly I felt a burn. I wasn't even on it for 5 minutes. I remember as a kid being on that thing for HOURS. No wonder why I was a friggin stick as a child.
