I'm looking to switch to a cleaner diet. I've currently cut out all sweeteners and caffeine... However once I add back my moring coffee or tea I'd like to have some type of sweetener.. What is your favorite for beverages, baking, and cooking?

    For a cleaner diet- I would go with raw sugar, raw honey, or agave. My personal favorite being raw honey- it is delicious!

    i prefer agave nectar. there are a few different kinds.. i prefer the light agave - it 's pretty sweet, but isn't really flavorful, if that makes sense.

    I use regular sugar. I don't use enough to make a difference, so I don't compromise.::flowerforyou:

    You can buy maple sugar or date sugar-- it's granulated and it tastes good too.

    Sweet N Low. Please no lectures on what is in it or how bad it is. I use it on occasion and it's what I like.

    My *favorite* is pure maple syrup.
    Unfortunately, I can't behave myself with it. :tongue:
    So, I've been using Splenda. A LOT of it.
    As part of a program I'm doing, I've been advised to switch to Stevia.
    It has a slight bitter aftertaste to me and it might take some getting used to.

    I use stevia; aspartame trigers my migranes so if your not used to it be aware in case you have the same issue.

    The only sweetener I use is the Splenda Brown Sugar in my Oatmeal.

    Honey and maple syrup. I do have white sugar and that's in my tea. There is no replacement that I like for that.
