Anyone try this program? I'm thinking of starting it soon and want to get opinions. I have done P90X and Insanity, but am no longer in that good of shape. I need something new to look forward to. What do you think?

I did Rev Abs for a few weeks. It was good. Rather repetative. The work outs are 3 rounds of the same exercise, but they work. Bret talk a lot about technique, which I think some programs miss. Compared to P90X and Insanity, the intensity isn't as high, but sounds like that might be a good fit for you right now. Bret is a little cheesey with some of the moves too...so be ready for that.

OK, so I now see what you mean. Although I admit I did do the fist bump to the screen a few times. After Day 1 I can definitely tell that this program is no joke. I had trouble doing all of the reps. Yes I let myself get that out of shape. I posted a video on my youtube channel about my day 1 experience. http://youtu.be/noUvzl_BFdg

Please feel free to tell me what you think.

Awesome, I'll have to check out your video later. It really is a great program, the delivery is just very different from other BB programs.

Glad you are enjoying it....pay your dues.

I like it. My only problem is there isn't enough variety. You do 3 work outs for the whole month. That is what I like about P90X, there is so many different work outs. On the positive side I can definitely tell I am improving with each work out. A program like Insanity, I was not able to tell so easy.
