please help me understand what is REPS and SETS?

SORRY I never count reps and sets all i do is just Workout lol what is reps and what is sets?
Adding:
Abdominal Crunches
Number of sets:
Repetitions per set:
Weight per repetition:

1 crunch would be a rep (repetition.)
A set is doing "x" number of reps in a row.
Examples:
Doing 25 crunches with no break would be 1 set of 25 reps.
Doing 8 crunches, resting for a minute, then doing 8 more, resting another minute, then doing 8 more would be 3 sets of 8 reps.0 -
This is how I think of it:
Say you work out for a minute and rest a minute.
You did 20 "reps" of whatever you did for that minute and if you continue at that machine, people generally try to keep the same pace to keep track. So maybe you did 5 "sets" of 20 "reps."

A set is how many times you do a specific exercise in your entire routine.
A rep is how many times you do a specific move or exercise like a situp. curl, etc

Reps is how many times in a row you do/repeat a lift/move. Repeating until you either stop/pause/change to something else.
Sets is how many groups of those reps you do in a whole session/day.0 -
Rep = Repetition of a movement.
Sets = A group of repetitions
So, if you do 10 bicep curls = 10 reps
If you do 10 bicep curls, take a break, then do 10 more = 2 sets of 10 reps0 -
