Egg Rolls
You guys should really try making them your self
You can load them up with chicken or veggies, or
what ever you like. I've been making them for sometime
now and theyre great, I tried them last night baked instead
of fried and they were good.
3 wrappers = 170 cal., 35g carbs, 1gram fat, 7g protein
I used cabbage mix in mine last night which gave me
a total of about 200 cal for 3 egg rolls. The cabbage mix
was 1 1/2 cups= 20 cals.
