I just have to wonder is that the right thing to wear under your workout spandex. OK I admit that I check out the booty as it walks by at the gym but today I was on the spinning bike and just riding down this long, long road and I look out the glass of the room and see a girl on the elliptical and she has black spandex on. I look at her butt and see the imprint of a thong through her spandex and I got to tell you that it looked like it was fighting to get out! I mean it really put a visual to having your panties all up in a knot. So I ask...is this normal? Do you girls wear that at workout? Does not sound comfy...sexy yes at the right time but comfy not sure.
Oh and BTW if you need to make a smart-*kitten* remark please fell free to do so because I would do the same and I don't get offended.
Take care,
M

Me personally I never wear any underwear when I work out or run. My running shorts have built in panties and when I wear spandex theres no need! I like to let it breathe! LOL0

I can't bring myself to work out sans panties, but I wear lace thongs all the time, including at the gym. They're much thinner and create smoother lines than regular thongs, and I don't have to walk around with a wad of cotton rammed up my crack. T-string thongs are also good because the back part is very thin, but lace is definitely better for the gym.
Now I'm feeling very self conscious, lol. I work out with a guy from work several times a week... is he checking out my panties? Can he see my panty lines? If not, does he think I'm not wearing any? Gah! Lol, that's going to be bugging me the whole time we're working out today.0
