you may need more calories as it sounds like you are reaching a plateau. although, when you say the odd day off, do you mean odd? or a few in a row?
well, even so, try upping your calories maybe? and then monitor your progress for a week or 2 - you won't gain enough to do any lasting damage, it'll come right off again!

It depends on if you want to lose alot of weight at a time like 2lbs a week or if you just want to lose 1lb a week. I was doing 2lbs and found that this was too much for me and I was always hungry. Now that I am at 1lb a week I am doing much better. Also, if you are active or not and how you put that on your goals depends too. I work at walmart but have decided that I am not going to change it for that because somedays I work hard and somedays I don't at work. You have to mess with things to figure out what is right for you. Also, if you keep to the same exercrise routine your body gets too used to it and decided to not lose as much so switch it up alittle. Hope this helps. XX0
