8 pounds finally

Well guys I have finally figured it out and I have dropped 8 pounds.I am so happy for me!! Nothing can stop me now.I haven't really been doing that much cardio only on days I go over my calories but I do my ab crunches and my stretches and push ups everyday.So I must be doing something right.What do you guys do for excercise and should I do cardio everyday?I barely eat the calories I am given .Maybe I should drop back down to a sedentary lifestyle,but I clean house all day long plus I play with the kids.Does anybody think I should do more cardio or should I just stay were I am?Like yesterday I at 1270 calories and I burnt off 257 dancing.I wasn't hungry enough to eat but I did anyways to stay above the calorie deficit.Besides that I am supposed to be eating 1430 calories a day but I have been averaging around 1270 to 1300.So do I need to excercise and make my self eat those back?

i am no expert, but i do think excercise is very very important, not just for weight loss but for your over all health. my though is, yes! excercise and eat those calories. drink your water too!0 -
I do cardio everyday! Drink lots of water! I am supposed to eat 2040 calories a day but I took 500 off of that total and I try to at least burn an additional 500 calories at the gym or at home. 3500 calories a week(500 per day) burned OR subtracted off your calorie intake is a loss of 1lb a week. I am doing both because my goal is 2lbs a week.0

Also how much sodium do you guys intake each day.I try not to go over the recommened 2500 mg but it seems like I always go over anywhere from 500 to 1,000 mg is that bad if I am excercising and drinking lots of water.I just don't want to mess up my whole weight loss plan thus far.0

Congrats on the loss. I do cardio 6 days a week. Cardiovascular exercise is so good for you. Not only for burning fat but for maintaining your overall health. Its good for your heart too0

2500 should be the max. extra sodium leads to water retention. no bueno!0 -
