STUCK NOT LOSING!!

Okay so dont wanna wine, and wanna be grateful BUT.... i have been documenting and exercising and always am below my targeted calories. WHY CANT I LOSE?? its frustrating. But i dont wanna give up because its living well. Not depriving yourself. Please share your stories with me!!!

  • Everyone has their ups and downs :] A lot of the time its just fluid. One week ill see a big loss and another ill gain. But by the end of the month I evaluate and am always happy with the results :D

    How many calories are you consuming daily? Are you eating back your exercise calories? Are you snacking every couple of hours?
    I know some people have to increase their calories once they get into a healthier weight to start losing again. Have you tried zig zagging calories? Just some options to consider.
