Hi!
I am new to the site, but certainly not new to the trials and tribulations of weight loss. I joined because a lovely friend suggested it and I like it so far. It is currently helping keep me accountable.
Any tips (particularly good ones) are welcome. I do not believe, however, that there are any easy short cuts :P

Ohhh - hi everyone - I'd be the lovely friend haha!!
So glad its keeping you on track. My tip, log it ALL. Everything you eat, every bit of exercise - as be honest. Its not rocket science - energy in v energy out = works!!
