    Shave your legs and wear a HRM.

    Fun sex burns more calories than "dead fish" sex. ;)

    oh. I don't have one of those. I read somewhere vigorous sex burns 600 calories an hour, but I kinda doubt it. It isn't quite as much exertion as Jazzercise.
