I don't Eat anything before a workout if that's the first thing I am doing in the morning. If its later in the morning, i'll have 1/2 a grapefruit & an egg on toast0

I have a Luna bar every morning before I work out. 9 grams of protein, 170-180 calories depending on the flavor, and they taste good.0

I usually have a clif bar!0

I usually have scrambled egg whites and some cherry tomatoes after my workout. Weird and I have no idea why or if it's the right thing to do... but I always seem to crave it. I don't eat anything beforehand.0

A banana about 30-40min prior to working out.0

Yesterday afternoon I had a cup of green seedless grapes @ 3:30pm then a "Lady Bird CarbStarve" Choc Nut Flavour protein Bar @ 125 calories They are super yum and taste just like a regular choc & nut bar. I did 23 mins on the cross-trainer before my 5:45pm Les Mills body pump class and felt fantastic during and after the class.

If I'm going from work then I have some strawberries. If I'm working with the trainer I like to have raspberries. If I'm working out on a weekend morning, I have 8 ounces of protein/fruit smoothie that I make, and then have another 8 ounces when I return home.0
