Ok im a little worried! my total net calories so far the week is only 1772. I've been busting my *kitten* at the gym n home. Should I be worried? I'm eating an averagevof 1400-1500 calories a day but also workout the same amour exercising daily. Is it ok or do I need to stop working out so much? Just lately I've been feeling sick before bed and extremely tired. Could this be cause I'm not getting enough calories? I don't feel hungry at all thow...Thanks

EAT! Your exhaustion and sickness is your body saying it needs fuel.
You should be at least 1200 net calories per day.0 -
listen to your body. its clearly trying to tell you something. take it down a notch - especially since youre not feeling well and drink lots of hot green tea and wear snuggly socks0

You're eating 1400 calories a day and also burning 1400 calories working out?
Yeah, thats too much.
Take a week off and don't do ANY exercise...continue to eat WELL and drink plain water. You probably feel sick because of a hormone/electrolyte imbalance and because your body is shutting down metabolism-wise...it is trying to preserve what it can in order to survive.0 -
Ok so even tho Im eating I have to at even more? Im confused! lol I thought I wasnt supposed to eat the calories I burn? So basically I should make sure my net every day is 1200?0

Yes you want to make sure you are eating AT LEAST 1200 calories a day! That is the minimum you need. If you then work out you will get extra calories. Now there is some debate over whether you should eat back your exercise calories or not. I personal very it. Some days I will and some days I won't. But if you are burning lots of calories during your work out you may want to eat at least half those back or even all. Play with it and see what works for you. Your body is telling you that what you are doing now is not right, you need to find what works. Stay healthy and good luck!0
