I need some motivation and a kick in the pants!!! I am very uncomfortable in my body. At present I weigh the most I have ever weighed not pregnant. I tried to lose wt this last spring and lost 12lb on my own, but have since gained it back plus some. I goal isn’t to be tiny, but to be healthy and comfortable in my own skin.
