water or other fluid replacement???

So i've recently noticed an increase in the amount of water i've been drinking during my workouts and also having to stop and pee in the middle of a workout...is this normal??? should i switch to some other form of fluid replacement or just keep drinking more water???

    water and this happens to me to depending on the day....just try to go a lot before exercise and then well - try not to worry....your kidneys are doing their job beautifully :)

    It doens't matter WHAT you drink ---- just keep hydrated and pee a lot. The more clear your pee is, the better you're doing!
    I personally bring protein shakes ot the gym and drink it before during and after my workout... I'm not a fan of plain water.

    Depending on how hard or long you're working out, you may need something other than just water -- something with electrolytes.
