i have a question for all my fitness pal members...... if your depressed do you stop you diet or do you keep going i have serious healt issues and i need to chane my diet this ting helped me loose six kilos but now my best friends have deserted me and i have no motivation our friendships have ended and one even removed me i can continue this but its helped me soooooooo much please help motivate me

Just stick with it, do this for you not for them. Your motivation should come from inside first and others second! People are always on here to help you out, feel free to ask for it when you need it0

To be honest, by focusing on my diet it helps me keep my mind on something other than the things that are really bringing me down. I come here everyday and post on my wall, keep a somewhat regular diary and try to motivate my MFP friends to cheer each other one. You CAN do this. Just focus on what this journey means to you and how accomplishing this will benefit you and ensure that you are healthy.

Omg totally stick with it!! This is YOUR life, not theirs!! It is all you girl! Getting healthy and working out in the end will make you mentally and physically stronger. I suffer from everyday depression and I know from experience, eating the right foods and hitting the treadmill clears my mind. It's not going to get rid of problems, but it IS a huge helping factor and scientifically proven!! We are all her for you:)0
