Hey I'm new to myfitnesspal so far it's going ok. Just need to stay focused and motivated. I hope to find some support and help others :)

Speaking of help can I please get help with food ideas that are low cal and filling especiall for breakfasts on the go and snacks?

Can't wait to meet new friends!

    I love oatmeal for breakfast. Apples for snacks. I like to put veggies in snack baggies so I have something to munch on in the car,
