Best say hello I guess!

I've been using MFP for a little while now. Seriously decided to lose weight around the start of August this year (2011), since then I've lost around 10Kg (mid Oct).

Mostly losing weight to get down to a sensible weight category for my Judo competitions, so another 5 or 6 Kg to go to get < 90.

At the start of Oct I find out I have a place in the 2012 London marathon, scary! So running/plodding/waddling 3 times a week now.
