Hi everyone.. im from slough.. trying to get healthy/lose weight!! Anyone wana go on this journey together?

im female.. 5"8 and currently 12 stones... target is to be 9.5stones...

But nothing seems to be working right now.. :frown: need help and support!!

    thats true.. i always turn to nice warm food in this increasingly cold weather!! ..
