Hey all,

was wondering if you would count this as exercise... was jumping up and down for 2 hours with sweat dripping down me?

sure, it's plyometrics! anything that makes you sweat has to be burning something.

I am all too familiar with show workouts. I would say "dancing general"
  • I would say so! I'm always drenched in sweat afterwards and my legs are so sore the next day, it must be doing something! I dunno what'd you log it as though, dancing maybe?
  • I have been known to log that sort of thing as Dancing...but then I always log the Drinking that happened too

No wonder I was skinny when I was in my bands - used to be able to wring the sweat out of my outfits after coming off stage.

    Yukky but true!!! :)

Think I need to find a new band.......
