Hi *waves*
I'm Lisa, and I'm new! I had the app on my phone for a while but I've been going on here too now as there's even more helpful stuff! I love the food list, it's got so many foods on it!
I want to lose about 45 pounds, I'm a typical fad dieter, you name the diet, I've tried it (yes even the master cleanse...bleh), I've tried diet pills, supplements, shakes.... It always ends up the same, I lose 10 - 15 pounds quickly, then can't carry on the diet, and put the weight back on and then some! So I've finally decided to change the way I think about food, and learn to eat right for the rest of my life, and not just look for a quick fix that doesn't work!
So anway hello!

    Welcome to the site. You'll find plenty of support here to help you meet your goal, and lots of people in the UK too.
