So yesterday was a super FAT-TASTIC day for me... Was one of those days where you just don't feel good in your skin, ya know? Well TODAY was a whole different story!
Months and months ago I bought a shirt that was a size XL, got home and it didn't fit
I took it back and bought the 2xl... got home and it didn't fit :mad: I didn't bring it back again because there was NO WAY that I believed I was in a 3xl at that point. :grumble: So I tossed it back in the closet and said "Fagettaboutit"
THIS MORNING I got up and decided "What the heck" and put it on... I
it!!! It's not a fancy shirt or anything, a black longjohn shirt with a red t-shirt over it... but TODAY it is my FAVORITE item in the world!
I am quite certain that the size was mismarked but that is ok... cuz fact is fact... It didn't fit 16# ago, but it sure as heck does NOW!!! Have a wonderful day all!!! :flowerforyou:

Isn't that a great feeling!? Last night my SO asked me if I had bought new pajamas. I hadn't bought new pajamas, but didn't tell him I bought them last year and they were too tight to wear. Now they are almost too big!0

Awww - great going to both of you!!!! I've had a similar NSV recently - My local Matalan (Clothing store) was getting rid of all their winter stock last year, and I bought about 8 pairs of pyjamas as they were only £2. Very disppointed to get them home and find they didn't fit, even though they were my size. Couldn't return them at that price and intended to give them to goodwill.
Well I'm lazy and never got them to goodwill, and picked up a pair last week on a whim. I'm now wearing them and I love them! Feels like a whole new wardrobe!0 -

And me! I wore a pair of corduroy pants to work yesterday that I bought 5 years ago and they did not for when I bought them. They will be favorites for a few weeks, til I loose too much for them to fit.0
