Scale and Tape victories!

Mr. Scale registered a little over 2lb loss this morning! I'm very surprised, because I've been eating poorly lately. To be fair I've kept up the exercise to cover most of my chips, soda and sweets, but I thought I had self-sabotaged. Don't worry, I'm not going to take that as a free pass to keep eating poorly because I haven't felt as chipper as when I treat my body right. Instead I'm finding great motivation here- if my body wants to lose the weight, I can sure as hell help it!

Here's a little progress motivation- my measuring tape is saying sweet sweet things to me. (Measured in cm because they're a bit more precise)

8/3 10/21
hip bone: 104 96.5
thigh: 66 62
waist: 86.4 80
navel: 93 86
weight 181lb 163

Thats a cumulative ~9 inches!
I had been taking those numbers down, but not really comparing them to where I started. a few centimeters doesnt sound like much, but when I got *in* a loop of measuring tape at my old size and saw how much less space I take up- that was amazing! I really reccomend it.
Alright, I'm stoked now. Sure, I'd love some more chocolatey snacks, but I like results like these better!

Great work! I measured when I started (6 weeks ago maybe) but I haven't been brave enough to measure since, in case it's not as good a result as I hope, but I might now!
