Those Last Few STUBBORN Pounds

HEY MFPalers!

I am in a dilemma! I have been consistent at the same weight for about a month and half and no matter what I do to change up my workouts or my diet, nothing makes the weight budge. I am only 5 POUNDS away from my goal weight and its killing me that I am that close and can't touch it. I'm getting frustrated and trying to avoid getting discouraged.

Any suggestions, recommendations, ideas are greatly appreciated :-)
