Hello Friends! Last night was a heart breaker w/the Cards 9th inning lost! We'll get 'em on Saturday!

Please join me, along with many others for Super Saturday!

Super Saturday is a quarterly event for all St. Louis area people who see Beachbody as the means to change their lives physically, mentally, spiritually, and/or financially. All are welcome to attend and interact with many other people from the area, get introduced to Team Beachbody, learn about the new programs being rolled out by corporate to help us be successful, and to have fun with Shakeology samples and a group workout.

Where: Grace Episcopal Church in Kirkwood, MO http://www.gracekirkwood.org/about-grace/directions/
When: Saturday, October 22
Time: 10am until 12pm, non-mandatory group workout immediately following
Cost: FREE!!!

Hope to see you there! You do not need to be a Beachbody coach to attend this event.
