help, been on a diet rollercoaster! lose, gain, lose, gain even more!!!! ugh. my new outlook is being healthy, really need to get moving but sooo tired when I get home from work. then its a second job, cooking dinner ,cleaning, going to sons wrestling practice.....I know its just one excuse after another but going to start drinking more water even put a reminder on my phone, LOL... wish me luck. any ideas on burning fat off the tummy???

Welcome! Sounds like you have your hands full! As for the tummy, a wise man once told me that abs were made in the kitchen and not in the gym, cardio and eating right seems to work the best0

Sounds like you need to diet less and lifestyle change more! I hate the word diet and i hate dieting! Try in corporating healthier things in to you lifestyle, even taking the stairs in stead of the elevator! Good luck:happy:0

Also start walking. Alot of walking to begin then add other activities that you enjoy. Focus on making the time to be active, commit and then do it! Also drink water. No soda. Wishing you the best!0 -
Hello & welcome to MFP
My life is hectic too & I really struggle to avoid take aways & easy grab snacks BUT since I joined MFP & started noting everything I put in my mouth I realised how much more I could eat if I just made better choices like an apple instead of a choc bar, prawn sandwich instead of a burger etc.
As for the tummy fat burning, I joined a Zumba fitness class a few weeks ago (1hr a week) & that seems to really work my whole body & is definitely defining my waist!
