Hi! I just started using this site again, I've been tracking here about 9 days already (late introduction, I know!). I'm low carb-ing it right now and using a thermo supplement (Lipo 6 Hers). I work out at least three times a week and have lost about 4 pounds so far:) Friends are always welcome, I find I do better when I have someone to keep me in check!:)
