:smile: :smile: Just started tracking what goes into my body yesterday. I have been working out consistanly for 3 weeks straight. I want to see great results so I figured I needed to add one more step and start tracking my food! I look forward to this journey and a start to a great healthy life style

    I feel tracking the caloric inake has been just beneficial to me as the workouts! if not more. I realized how completely insane my eating haits had been.
