Good old oatmeal, not the sugary stuff in the packets! Put some cinnamon on there maybe some slices of banana..nice slow carbs for fuel and fiber for... well its good for ya

swiss muesli no added sugar(but I add mini chocolate chips), bear naked fit granola banana nut or any other flavor, and I sometimes add these 2 my yogurt or millet puffs (they are light on calories like rice cakes and cheap too!)0
