Drink water to feel fuller

Just a tip - drink an 8oz. glass of water 10 min. before every meal. It makes you feel fuller before a meal and helps you eat less during the meal!

    I hate to drink water:sad:
    I just keep the small packets of Lemon Juice and add to my water. I will
    surely try to drink 10 mins before I eat a meal.

    Drinking water is probably one of the best things we can do for weight loss and great skin:) I notice that when I don't drink my 8 cups a day, I retain the water... At first I made many trips to the Bathroom, but now that I am used to it, it is much easier!
