Loving having something to follow that I dont have to think to much on what to do. Plus Vidios and breakdowns on all workouts. Short Sweet challanging body and mind. Just What I need with my schedule.

    I really would like to start following her exercises she amazing. I look up her website everyday, just trying to finish my last month of Turbo Fire and than my goal is to do a Hybrid of Advanced Turbo Fire and Body rock. I do not have any of the equipment only the Gymboss and the jump rope.

    Thinking of getting one thing just not sure if the dip station or the sand bag.

    Do you have all of the equipment?

    you can make a sand bag using a back pack, and adding bagged rice to the weight you desire. (35 lbs used in the videos)

    Dips can be done using a chair.

    Thanks for the ideas going to go and get a cheap backpack and rice to add to it. For the dip station do you use two chairs? what do you do for the reverse pull ups that she does?

    I have differnt size DB,stability ball UGI ball a pull up bar, rope and timer of course :-) But I tend to do most exercises at the gym and use body bars and other things to.

    I don't actually do her program, though I have seen it, and its a good one.

    You can use one or two chairs for dips, depending on your strength level.

    You can do them with hands on chair and feet on floor, or hands on one chair, and feet on another.

    I have not seen the reverse pullups to see how she does those. I have an indoor pull up bar I use.

    So, what is the schedule for this coming week???

    We need a group here :) I've looked at her website and done a workout occasionally from it, but nothing consistently. But I would love to jump in here and follow something to help me meet my exercise goals for the New Year (and beyond, I am tired of my "mommy body") !!!
