skip weights or cardio

If you know you are going to have to miss working out once or twice a week is it better to miss a weight class or a cardio (spin) "class"? I need to miss one day next week and I have no idea what I should skip, I know whatever day I miss it will be all day. I usually work out 6 days a week, take Sunday's off and I always do classes or I won't push myself enough, especially lately.
Thanks.
Thanks.

depending on your goals, which usually for most is a fat burn - execute an interval /HITT cardio routine (which is not spin class) to get a max fat burn, if that is what you are looking for.
If you are into increasing your tone and building up lean mass, weight training (which ultimately increases the enzymes in the muscle tissue to also add to you body's ability to burn fat more efficiently - btw).0 -
Here's my best solution skip the spin class and turn your weight training session into a circuit/cardio type of workout. Lift at a high intensity never resting more than 30-45 seconds between sets. Push yourself harder and faster (while maintaining proper form) and enjoy the benefits of both!0

Sometimes I bring light weights on the stationary bike with me.
If your goal is to burn calories, then do the cardio.0 -

I agree. You can turn your weight lifting session into a cardio training session. Do as many reps in 60 seconds rest for 60 and then do another 30-60 seconds without stopping. Hi reps and low weights.0 -

Absolutely correct! Depends on your goals, if you don't have any, might want to set some.0
