Hey! I am looking into trying some kettlebells and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good DVD? I am athletic & coordinated. I often do Zumba, 30 Day Shred, or Dancing With The Stars workouts. I am looking for more strength workouts. I'd love some advice on starting out on kettlebells. Thanks in advance!

Punch Gym "Art of Strength" workalong kettlebell DVDs - I use "Providence" and "Newport". Both will smoke ya. They also make a great line of made in the USA kettlebells.

DITTO!!! Be careful of celebrity trainers jumping on the band wagon. Stick with trainers who've been swinging Bells as their primary method!

I have several of the Dragon Door books and DVDs by Pavel also. They are all good, but are more instructional on form rather than a work-along for a workout. They are pretty much the original source for kettlebell info in the US. They make a nice line of kettlebells also. I have two of theirs: a 16kg and a 24kg.
  • Thanks everyone for your tips! Can't wait to get started.
