How to log this

Today I bench pressed an 18 month old, 10 sets of 5 (apxm. 20 lbs) and made my lame attempts at chin ups,4 sets of 4 -mostly I just got my feet off the ground and hung there as long as I could. How should I log that? My technique is far from formal, clearly, as this is all snuck in during my regular day, but I have to start somewhere!

I would put it under Calisthenics but others may have a better way.

Is bench pressing the baby not a normal activity for your day? That's pretty normal play time for me with my daughter, so I would not log it as a workout but regular daily activity.

You shouldn't count those. Sorry  I don't mean to discount them, but most people and MFP don't count calories from weight lifting as it usually doesn't get your heart rate up enough to really burn calories. The benefits from weight lifting comes from the muscle mass you build. That muscle mass adds to your calorie burn throughout the day.

I was visiting my friend's baby. I am a full time nanny, but all the kids I watch are older so no bench pressing them, just picking them up. -I don't log that stuff. This was on top of a regular work day.

You learn something every day! I wasn't trying to burn calories necessarily, just trying to start doing some exercise. I'm buying some cheap basic weights this weekend and this was sort of a starting the ball rolling thing.
