Flattening tummy and hips in 3 week, HELP!!

Ok so i know that you cant spot reduce fat, but I really want to tone up my tummy and love handles a bit before an event i have in 3 weeks. Any helpful exercises? I do cardio every day, whether it be walking / running, but need some helpful exercises i can do at home. I know the 30 day shred, but i dont have 30 days lol, but might do it anyway. Thanks guys!

Your tummy will flatten out if you work your obliques! Do those side crunches!0

I'm a firm believer of planks. I think weight training is great too.0

And I forgot to mention- if you can get the magazine Muscle & Fitness Hers, it is packed with great stuff. And a lot of tomes they have work out routines to follow. Some in the gym and some not or just with weights.0
