Flattening tummy and hips in 3 week, HELP!!

Ok so i know that you cant spot reduce fat, but I really want to tone up my tummy and love handles a bit before an event i have in 3 weeks. Any helpful exercises? I do cardio every day, whether it be walking / running, but need some helpful exercises i can do at home. I know the 30 day shred, but i dont have 30 days lol, but might do it anyway. Thanks guys!
