Hey Everyone! Just trying to figure out what i should be rewarding myself with... funds are extremely low so shopping is not really an option. Id like to stay away from food rewards as much as possible although i did eat mcdonalds this week because i reached a goal but i didnt buy it the boss bought one for everyone so i took it since i made my goal but i wouldnt have eaten it otherwise. So what do you guys reward yourselves with? I need some ideas!!

Thats so hard. I don't really reward myself. I take pictures of myself and compare and that makes me so happy! I am saving money for when I reach my goal so I can go shopping (my clothes don't fit!). My biggest reward has been seeing myself.
Maybe do a nice day at home and pamper your self. Take a bath, paint your nails. That can be inexpensive but very nice and relaxing0 -
Thats so awesome that you have lost so much! I bet your clothes don't fit! I'm going to have my husband take an updated picture tomorrow. Since i'm at 11.5 pounds total 9 on mfp. I'm anxiouse to see how they look next to each other i plan to wear the same clothes. I need to make smaller 5 pound goals for myself because its so sad but it feels like 23 pounds was sooo far away. But i have 15 left to go! Then i will re evaluate and see where i want to go from there.
Nice day at home being pampered sounds fun! Maybe hubby will partake in doing some pampering hahaha i could smell a massage in my future!0 -
I don't know if this sounds really lame, but the days that I go to the gym, I consider the pool and hot tub as a reward for doing my cardio and strength training. I say the workout is my daily veggies, the pool is the cake, and the hot tub is the frosting. LOL I know it sounds kind of silly, but it's a much healthier reward than food. Oh, and I usually get a giant Diet Coke from someplace afterwards.0

TOTALLY WISH MY GYM HAD A HOT TUB!!! It's starting toget cool here and the pool is not heated enough to make me feel happy about it! We do have a steam room and sauna i do sit in them often becaue its fun mostly lol but would be a lot more fun with a buddy! which i could find a gym buddy!0 -
Time.
I am always running around, stressed out, and too busy. When I feel like I have been working hard, when I make progress with my workouts or see a loss on the scale, I sit down and look over my week to find 2 hours that I can do whatever I want. (Usually sleep, lol!) Sleeping in on a weekend, watching a movie one night after the kids go to bed, whatever it is.0 -

A giant Diet Coke would be the best reward to me.I'm even wearing an "I
Diet Coke" shirt now!
There's also the option of buying yourself a little thing, like a nail polish. I sometimes go to the dollar store or Big Lots to get myself a little gift, since you can sometimes find nice and interesting things there.0 -
