Homemade Lasagna

Made a homemade lasagna tonight that wasn’t too bad as long as you pay attention to your calories and sodium for the earlier part of the day.

I use Rozini Heart Healthy Lasagna noodles, Low sodium Precious brand Ricotta cheese, low sodium low fat mozzarella, ground Italian turkey sausage and Hunt’s Original pasta sauce. Follow the instructions on the back of the box for the lasagna noodles.
