It's sad (but in a good way)...

that I can't eat the other half of my D'angelos turkey sub without going over my calories, BUT I just made 2 little strawberry shortcakes and still have 302 calories left over.
So yeah, I'm kind of glad I only ate 1/2 my sub and didn't go over my calories. Strawberry shortcake is yummy!
I would have thought those little "dessert shells" had more calories than they do! I had 2 "shells" (which is only ONE serving), I chopped up some strawberries, put them in my mini blender with a tiny bit of water and a pinch of stevia, blended it a tiny bit so it was still chunky, poured it on top of the dessert shells, and added 2 tablespoons of light whipped cream to each of them.
Total calories = 249

Yeah, I'm assuming they are shortcake. lol. My brother in law bought them at the local grocery store bakery, so all they say on them are "dessert shells", no name brand or anything.0

They are in the fruit/veggie section of all things. (At least every time I've ever been to a grocery store). And they are DELICIOUS. Fluffy little yellow cake bowls. Yum... DRAT now I want one and its too late to go to the store..0
