Hey Ladies-
I am currently keeping an Excel spreadsheet. I just haven't had the time to convert it yet, but I am keeping you all updated, promise! Whoever wants to volunteer to make that Google spreadsheet just message me with your e-mail address so I can e-mail you the spreadsheet I already have. I still keep mine updated, but perhaps it would be easier for you all to follow. I enjoy the great ideas, keep em' coming !
As for the new Zumba member YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See, we told you it was the most awesome thing ever! That's why "Try Something New" week is so AWESOME! I'm happy for you & the results you will get!
All you ladies that are weighing in early, I will put you in my spread-sheet.
For me- I was well on my way to my goal until TOM came around and it was like.. you must eat 238023 chocolates and 20 bags of salt and LOTS of water. Thus, I am +3 lbs for the week. I'm trying not to get discouraged, but it's a little difficult sometimes.
Anywho- Keep up the fantastic weight-loss. You're all an inspiration to me !!!!

Well I wont be weighing in this Sunday thanks to TOM so I will hopefully have good news next week. Taking it easy for a few days and back to routine on Monday :-)0

I'm super glad I read this post bc I couldn't figure out why the scale was so off, but I realized my TOM is starting tomorrow, so most likely that's why. I will still post my weight for Sunday though. I'm so glad I joined this challenge-- it has kept me motivated. I am really looking forward to being 20 lbs down by Christmas. Keep up the good work ladies!!0

Yup... That goes for me too... I'm dead center in the middle of my TotM and I all but ransacked the kitchen for carbs tonight... Then the boyfriend came home with tortilla chipa and con queso.. soooo... Tomorrow's numbers aren't likely to look good, but... That being said... I did physically (and mentally) feel better with some carbs in my system... I'm going to chalk it up to my body needing different things when I'm on my cycle and get back to it tomorrow. I'm not going to let one day ruin what I've worked so hard for almost 3 months for... *nods decisively*0

I am at the end of my TOM and didn't do so bad this week..... untl yesterday! It started at work when one of the dieticians treated everyone to pizza for lunch, and then I took my girls to a birthday party and had some fried chicken drummettes and a cupcake! Usually, if I fall off just ond day then I'm back to my old habits, but this morning I was back to business like white on rice! LOL.... I am so serious about losing this weight. I'm tired of feeling like a loser with my weight; I am so ready to win and I will win! So glad t hear that I'm not the only one with a bad day!0

HIIIII! I find it awesome that you are back on track already today after slipping up yesterday! CONGRATS to you. I always have a difficult time getting back on track as well, it usually takes me weeks so you are awesome. 2ndly I find it funny that the dietician at your job bought everyone pizza, lol...not trying to be rude, just thought it was ironic. :flowerforyou: :laugh:0 -
@THISisTARRAN, yes it is ironic that the dietician treated everyone to pizza! I work at a hospital with a bunch of women and it is soooo hard, especially this time of year, to lose weight or at least try to maintain it. Patients, family members and co-workers are CONSTANTLY bringing in food (cake, cookies, muffins, donuts, chocolate and on and on and on). This year I am DETERMINED not to fall in to any of that!0

Same here, I started my TOM today. I eat like a mad woman the days before and sometimes during. Not looking forward to the weigh in. Hopefully next week!0

Ok... not sure what happened this week... but I weighed on tuesday and I was down 1lb to 323... I worked out HARD everyday this week except for friday and Saturday. But this moring the scale said 325 so a gain of 2 lbs since tuesday and a gain of 1 lb since the last weigh in (I weighed in at 324 last sunday). I will be back at the grind everyday this week and hoping that number comes down. I am so hoping that my weight gain is due to TOM should be here anyday now and also I have had a good bit of fiber this week and it has affected my using the bathroom regularly (TMI I know I'm sorry but it does effect the scale...)0

Good Morning ladies!!! It is a great Sunday Morning! My sweet fiance just made breafast, so in otherwords it was not the healthiest lol but I will make up for it later! I weighed on his scale today but I am not used to it and it had me a lot higher than my didgital scale so I am going to log it what I weighed on mine yesterday before I left my house as my weight for this week.

Today 10/30/11 (321.2) this is a loss of 3.8 lbs!! Yay!!
Next week is not looking good b/c my TOM will probably be here, but we will see and I will work my hardest now that Halloween is almost over and those temptations won't be as present! I hope ya'll have the best week!!!0
