I seem to always be significantly under the calorie allowances on here every day by at least 500. I'm not hungry and I eat pretty much whatever I want to but I'm a little worried that I'm going to hurt myself by not eating enough. I'm exercising every day which ups the allotments as well. Is it bad to be consistently under by 500-800 calories?
