Upper body strengh

I have never remembered having much for upper body strengh however with doing the 30day shred it bothers me that I can't really hold myself up. Is there anything that I can do at home that would help with that??

You could try planks. You get into the top of a pushup position, either with knees on or off the floor, and hold it. It's great ab work if your knees are off the floor...uses them for stabilization, which is exactly their purpose.0
