Ok so when i used to work overnight I was Lifting, Reaching, Bending, Streching, Climbing and Walking for 8-10 hrs every night. Now Im stuck with a desk job. I have to get up every morning about 630am to get kids ready for school and myself for work. I work with my desk job from 830 to 6pm. Then gotta drive to pick up the kids from the sitter, get back home start helping with homework while getting dinner started. After dinner I get the kids in the bath and pretty much off to bed for them. After they have gone to sleep this is my clean up the house and wash the clothes time. After that I myself have to shower. At the end of all this and the little things between its already going on 11 or 12 . As you can see this makes it difficult to fit in any work out time. Please throw sugestions at me about what workouts are easy and not time consuming. Oh and finding a sitter for other than work is not an option for me. Otherwise I would jog or go to the gym...which is kinda sad because my job gives me free gym membership but I cant go. Help me people...please!!!

Are any of them old enough to help with the housework? I was doing my own laundry and cleaning the house at 9 years old because my mom fell on hard times and was supporting my sis and I on food stamps and stuff so she worked a TON. Plus she sucked at laundry. I could clean up, vaccuum, use the microwave to make food, wash dishes, do laundry. Maybe if you had some help you'd have time to work out right after work while they're at daycare or at home to an exercise video. :flowerforyou:
